Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.

With your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide the return instructions and address of our warehouse.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once your parcel is on its way, email us the tracking number and the products you’ve returned so we can keep an eye out for it.

If your order arrived damaged or you have any other issue, just email [email protected] with your order number and our team will be happy to help you out.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
